Daria Artemova
I am a doctor, an artist and above else a happy creative individual.
Art is a passion of mine since I was 5. Graduated from my local School of Arts with honors but decided to turn to biological studies ultimately becoming a neurologist. Studying for 6 years and working in the hospital didn’t help maintain the creativity levels and standards I was accustomed to. Since moving to the sunny island of Cyprus a year ago, I once more feel the need to create, getting inspiration from everything around me – the sun, the sea and the Greek people with their lovely hospitality. And of course not forgetting my family and supporting husband.
Medicine, animals and nature are the main themes of my paintings.
